At Tranced Out, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our Returns Policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Merchandise

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is:

    • Faulty or defective

    • Damaged during shipping

    • Not as described on our website

  • To request a return, contact us at trancedoutradio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Event Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.

  • If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within the timeframe we provide.

  • No refunds will be given if you can’t attend due to personal reasons (e.g., change of plans, transport issues).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We’re working on international shipping for the future.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

What if my merch arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return my merch if I change my mind?

No, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Only faulty or misdescribed products can be returned.

Can I get a refund on event tickets?

No refunds are given for change of mind or if you can’t attend. Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled or if required under the Australian Consumer Law.

What happens if an event is rescheduled?
