Merchandise Purchases

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Stock is limited and subject to availability.

  • We only ship domestically within Australia (no international shipping at this stage).

  • Once dispatched, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal carriers.

  • Returns are only accepted in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Event Ticketing

  • Tickets are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., if the event is cancelled).

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the timeframe we provide.

  • Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold above face value.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour.

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and such media may be used for promotional purposes.

Payments and Taxes

  • You are responsible for any additional charges, including taxes, duties, or transaction fees where applicable.
